Whether you’re coming to us for residential, organizational, or experiential design, we begin each project with an initial consultation to gather details for logistics, as well as find out what inspires you creatively. We understand that every project is unique. We take the time to learn each client's individual taste, budget, and specifications to craft and execute a concept in line with expectations and wishes.

Develop.

Once we are off and running, we begin the collaborative decision making process. Most projects start with the development of a floor plan, our road-map to function. From there, we will select design components, trusted vendors, and finishes. As we narrow down selections, we closely monitor budget and timeline to continue delivering on our promise of full transparency and efficiency with intention. KMC acts as the expert guide, the filter, throughout this portion of the process so clients are involved but not overwhelmed.

Create.

Decisions have been made, boxes have been checked, and now the communication skills and attention to detail that make us unique truly get a chance to shine. With our full-service approach, KMC oversees the execution of vendor contracts, delivery and installation, and the final design outcome We ensure that the experience is streamlined and results are to the highest standards.
